Korean Pancake
Ingredients
This recipe is for 2-3 servings.
- 60 g flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 160 ml water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup prawns
- 1/2 cup chives
- 2 stalks spring onions
- vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix the flour, salt, water, and egg in a bowl.
- Chop the prawns, chives, and spring onions, and add them to the batter.
- Heat some vegetable oil in a pan. Spread the batter evenly into a circle. Lower the heat.
- When it is almost cooked, turn the pancake over to let the other side cook.
