Korean Pancake

Ingredients

This recipe is for 2-3 servings.

  • 60 g flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 160 ml water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup prawns
  • 1/2 cup chives
  • 2 stalks spring onions
  • vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, salt, water, and egg in a bowl.
  2. Chop the prawns, chives, and spring onions, and add them to the batter.
  3. Heat some vegetable oil in a pan. Spread the batter evenly into a circle. Lower the heat.
  4. When it is almost cooked, turn the pancake over to let the other side cook.
