Appendix A: Oven Guide
I don’t know much about ovens; but these I do know.
- 180°C is the magical temperature that most food is baked at.
- Your food should be on the matte side of the aluminium foil. It usually doesn’t make a difference; but for non-stick foils, the non-stick coating is on the matte side.
